USE OF DATA

The following information details how we use your data.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We will have a record of your details if you have contacted us for a game code, requested product information or if you are on our list of contacts referred to as legitimate business interest. We will have received your details from a number of ways, these include but are not limited to: receipt of a business card at a meeting or exhibition, sourcing your details via your press website, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The details we keep may include your name, e-mail address, IP address and postal address.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data to contact you in the process of promoting our games. We do not sell our databases to other organisations. We use a data processor when sending out product information to our database or selected contacts from our database. To do this we use an on-line mailing database system called Sentori (the data processor) who are fully GDPR compliant. Your name and e-mail address will be stored by Sentori purely for our purposes.

If we are only communicating with one person directly then we will e-mail you directly from our server. We maintain our database securely on our server and this information will include information about games that we have supplied you with historically. We use this data to determine what games you may be interested in for future releases. This is also a record of game codes that we have supplied you with. If you have requested a game code via Twitter then we will store your Twitter handle together with a record of the game code.

SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

You can check how Sentori handle your data and their updated GDPR by visiting their website http://sentoriapp.com/gdpr/ and the privacy statement can be viewed here http://sentoriapp.com/privacy-policy/

Our own database is held securely on our server which is encrypted.
